The Building
Two lifts to all floors and a viewing terrace with amazing views of the North Bay.
Free membership and use of the private on site gymnasium included in your stay.
Use of a personally allocated parking space in the private secure car park is included.
Shops are now open, conveniently situated within the building itself. There is now an ice cream parlor and cafe, a convenience store where you can buy your newspapers and day to day shopping, a bar diner which opens at breakfast time and serves food throughout the day and a surfers shop selling and hiring surfing equipment and bicycles.

The lounge also contains a TV with Freeview and a DVD player.
Fully fitted kitchen area with hob, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer and dishwasher.
Fully tiled bathroom with large mirror, toilet, sink and bath with shower over.
Comfortable bedroom with a choice of either a super king size double bed or two full sized single beds.
Full central heating and double glazing add to your comfort.
Bed Linen and towels are also provided for your use.
Booking
Flexibility of booking with short breaks of two days or more available as well as full weeks.
Payment can be made by cash, cheque, debit or credit card, for which no extra charges are made.
Charges are inclusive of electricity, central heating, towels, bed linen and an allocated personal parking space.
